Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest have redesigned their debit and savings cards to make them easier for blind customers to use. Prompted by a frustrated customer, they now offer cards with a notch cut from the right end. This makes it obvious which direction to insert it into a cash machine or Pin pad.
