Rcapital to merge home collected credit businesses
Investment firm Rcapital has bought home credit business Shopacheck Financial Services (SFS) from Welcome Financial Services. The deal will see SFS merged with Rcapital’s existing home collected credit business Morses Club Ltd (MCL), with revenue generated by the newly-formed company expected to be in the region of £80m.
