Bank customers mis-sold duff packaged accounts are winning thousands of pounds in compensation. As the Mail revealed yesterday, new figures show there have been thousands of complaints from account holders who say they paid up to £300 a year for perks that they never knew existed and did not want. Independent body the Financial Ombudsman Service has seen a 155 per cent rise in complaints over the past nine months.
