Santander offers the worst online banking security for customers, according to consumer group Which?

Santander is the worst bank at protecting the online security of its customers, according to research from consumer group Which? In an investigation conducted with the help of security firm Pen Test Partners, Santander scored lower ratings in a number of areas than the top performing banks. Santander scored 47pc overall, particularly because of how it dealt with security during the logout process, Which? said, along with low scores for navigation and login. During the investigation Which? asked one customer from each of the ten banks examined to test the online banking systems.
