A debt purchaser has liquidated four businesses which used to provide debt collection services as well as loans to construction firms. Compello Group placed Tradepro Holdings, Compello Card Services Limited, Compello Finance Limited and Green Hair Operations Limited into members’ voluntary liquidation on 30 May this year. The liquidated businesses had been inactive since all their operations were subsumed into what is now Compello Group, an active debt buyer in the UK, on 28 June 2012. Sarah Lambert, Compello Group’s chief executive, told Credit Today the liquidated firms were shells with no outstanding debts.....Read more here
