A rogue car clamping boss has been ordered to pay his victims £120,000. Crooked Andrew Minshull, 39, pocketed over £300,000 by conning drivers into paying release fees of up to £335 after they were illegally clamped. A proceeds of crime hearing at Worcester Crown Court heard that Judge Robert Juckes had fallen for the scam himself.
