A debt collection agency has been placed into liquidation as part of plans by its parent firm to absorb it into the group. Complete Credit Management (CCM) was placed into members’ liquidation as part of a plan to absorb it into NCO Europe Limited (NCO Europe). The plans were first announced by NCO Europe in its 2011 accounts, in which the company confirmed the transfer of the trading element of CCM to NCO Europe.In the statement NCO Europe, the European division of outsourcing firm NCO Group, said: “Subsequent to this decision, management have reassessed the fixed asset investment carrying value of the investment in Complete Credit Management Limited and have recognised an impairment charge of £523,000.....Read more here
