Secure Trust buys DCA
Debt collection agency Debt Managers has been acquired by Secure Trust Bank for an initial cash payment of £364,000. Nick Shepherd, the former chief executive of debt collection firm Close Credit Management, has been appointed to run the company with its existing management team.
