O2 is hiking monthly mobile bills by 3.2 per cent for 7million of its customers from late February – and those who want to leave contracts early will have to pay a fee. The rise will add £13.44 annually - or £1.12 per month - to a £35 monthly bill and affects existing customers, including those who have recently taken out a new deal.
