Charles Wilson, Managing Director of commercial debt recovery law firm, Lovetts, has delivered a shocking report on the service delivered by the Court Service and the Salford Business Centre at yesterday's Annual Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) Conference in Leicester. Based on feedback from close to 50 of the UK’s largest users of the court service, as part of his keynote speech, Charles delivered exclusive findings on the failings of the current system as well as views on the changes that need to be implemented. Lovetts undertook, with CCUA, the first ever ‘satisfaction’ survey amongst court users in September this year. The survey prompted feedback from 47 major corporate and legal firms, 40 of which use the service every day. Shockingly, 38% of respondents said they felt that service delivered by the County Court Bulk Centre is poor.
