The director of debt recovery company Armitage Credit Control has agreed to pay back nearly £15,000 to businesses across the country following an investigation. Nigel Marsh vowed to change his business practices when he appeared at Peterborough Magistrates Court in September. The investigation was launched after Cambridgeshire Trading Standards received complaints from firms that had employed Armitage Credit Control to collect commercial debts.
