Reverend Carmel Jones, the ordained leader of a financial institution dedicated to supporting members of the Pentecostal church, is under investigation over allegations of issuing fraudulent loans.
The reverend is facing questions about how his Pentecostal Credit Union (PCU) allegedly issued six-figure loans to individuals and institutions who were neither churches nor members of the mutual society.
