The number of Individual Voluntary Arrangements entered into dropped by 8% in one year as personal insolvency volumes fell 13% in 2011, according to debt intermediary TDX Group. Last year saw 48, 089 UK consumers enter an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), an 8% fall on the 2010 figure.
