Citizens Advice and the Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) have joined forces as part of a debt management plan (DMP) partnership. The collaboration is part of a one-year pilot referral scheme involving over 80 bureaux, around one fifth of the entire bureau network. The partnership will see bureaux offer to introduce clients who wish to set up a DMP to CCCS to help them to manage their debts.
