Money Mail is sending out a warning to all pensioners and those who claim benefits, about a dastardly sleight-of-hand being planned by the Government. In a cunning trick, which involves a technical change to the way the cost of living is measured, the Government may be about to deprive millions of increases worth nearly £3.5 billion next year.
