Law firm Maxwell Hodge has launched a mediation service to help clients avoid expensive court battles in anticipation of new government regulations.

Kristina Stoddern, a partner at the firm, recently qualified as a legal mediator and launched the service to help the firm’s clients try to resolve legal disputes without involving the courts.

The move comes as the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) prepares to bring in new proposals, which will make mediation a much bigger part of the judicial process, in a bid to reduce expensive and protracted court........Click HERE to read more
