Dunno as you say why penalise your own savers. The money launderers will just get the washing machine out again but move the money to some other seriously hidden tax haven.

I've just whipped out a crystal ball and Gypsy Evilcartman foresees a new wave of "Nigerian fraud" scam letters, only this time coming from Russia.
