    Hello to all.

    Hi all, after being AWOL for a few years, Handy is back in a Mk2 version.
    i wonder how many will remember me from my days at Hooray Hall?
    Guess what I'm still here. Things have changes somewhat but now I'm back.
    Here now because I want to help a friend sort a problem with Lowell portfolio 1.
    Well it's not a problem. The hard part is in convincing my friend they don't have a leg to stand on unless they can provide the proper paperwork.

    I remember you from the olden days when I was posting under a different username

    Has your friend received a claim from Lowell Portfolio or are they just being hounded for a potential unenforceable debt?

    I'm guessing from your post that your friend has sent a s 77-79 CCA Request and received nothing in response.

    Who was the original creditor and how much is the outstanding balance?

        Yes I'm still working for Lady Hooray, I would like to say she's mellowed a little. The last few years have been full of highs and lows.
        Just when you think that things are back on track something springs up and bites you in the bum! Well nothing we haven't sorted out before.
