This is unfortunately enforceable - i'd try and blag it though and see what happens, if you're happy to do that respond with this and see what they come back with: ---> CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

Well done - you beat em, first go as well - haha

Just like that! Its finished, you can pretty much ignore them now - well done!

If, though - you get any contact about this again you need to photocopy that letter (so keep it safe!) and send a copy with this: ---> CCA Query - Letter Previously Confirming No CCA

    Again, well done!

Nice one - so they are doing it for free

Just ignore and await a proper response.

Ok, well update the thread again as and when you get replies to the CCA Requests ok? Don't be intimidated and don't speak to them on the phone anymore - only deal in writing. If they ring you then fail security and/or just hang up.

Best of luck - chat soon

Default dates are listed (feb 06, july 06, feb 09). I'm not sure if I got a default notice, I certainly haven't got them now if I did, sorry.

Can you confirm the default dates as well please, and whether you got a default notice? No rush, till the cca's come back all you can do is sit tight and wait....
