I am not going to worry, that's half the battle, it will be what it will be. Makes me laugh, 18 months ago these buggers were coming to us all cap in hand.

Well a very curt and prompt reply from Halifax with a reconstituted CCA including a letter telling me that it is enforceable. Nice!

22/12/2012 Letter from Albion Collections dated 18/12/2012 standard 1st letter, pay now, call us etc. Trying to give me a miserable Xmas no doubt.

I sent a CCA request to Halifax on the 12th which they signed for on the 17/12/2012.

Should I send a sold in dispute letter? Or should I wait until the 12 + 2 days are up before I send it and ignore them in the meantime?

21/12/2012 Halifax Statement arrives as usual, dated 14/12/2012.
21/12/2012 Albion rang again, same conversation as the one on the 19/12/2012, but they added that I have to speak to them or call Halifax who will put me through to them. I told them to write to me, they said that they had, I asked for the dates and they said that they could not give them to me as I wouldn't answer the security questions, they said they would keep calling.

Not sure what to do, I have received no letters from them, but that could be xmas post, though they said they had written twice.

15/12/2012 Letter from 1st Credit Stating that they have received my letter of the 10th, forwarded to them by Connaught and stating that 'the account will now be dealt with as sympathetically as possible by the Debt Support Team.' and that they are putting the account on hold for 30 days (To let me sort my IE details out).
19/12/2012 Letter from 1st Credit's Debt Support Officer stating that due to my medical condition they have now requested the account back from Moon Beaver Solicitors and look forward to hearing from me in due course.

Yep! They just called me up out of the blue. I have received no letter from them. I've only heard the name Albion on here.

I added the details to my Diary on page 1.

When they said it was Albion I was tempted to say..."What West Bromwich Albion?" Sorry too busy to play.
