    Well if they're trying to take you to court and you defend it; you're acknowledging the debt obviously. I'm not 100% certain on this, Paul may be best to ask but I suspect as you've batted that threat off you might be ok.

    I've not admitted it's mine either but as they tried to take me to court does that start the SB clock running again?
    It's SB in 6 months or so!!

    Ok, got confirmed dates for last payment.
    Last payment was sept 6 2005
    Balance on last statement: 1440.61 (limit of 1200)
    Hfo claim i owe 2523.90

    Right - enough of this nonsense.

    Ok, in my opinion you have semi-admitted liability to the debt by sending that template as it does mention that it's your account, however that is easily defended by saying you used the template without reading it first so lets not get carried away.

    You'll be fine. Send the template from over the page and see what they come back with yea?

    Yes ...but then you have another 5.5 years of fighting with them....
    If they last that long, ie there license doesn't get revoked...
