    wowser - those must be the biggest set of one sided terms I have ever read - they are totally unreasonable....

    basically they own the equipment but other than supply it you, they ermm - expect you to be wholly liable for everything!

    i think the reason they are jumping the gun we phoned them to explain that we no longer have the shop and would like to cancel when the initial 36 months ends which is in november. the rental is paid one month inadvance and any transactions made would be invoice a month behind.
    no, default notice yet. but only one payment missed which was due on 9/10/2011.
    i shall scan a copy up this afternoon for you to cast your beady eye over.thanks for your comments
