to clarify from my earlier post

Marbles started at HFC (HSBC) - (not Barclays) and then sold it to HBOS's SAV Credit division who in turn sold the portfolio to Progressive Financial - see this ---> Progressive Credit Limited

    Points 26 & 28...

Aqua Cards are issued by SAV Credit, which is also now part of Progressive Financial - see this ---> about us - aqua

HBOS no longer deal with any of these cards......

If they chase you come back and we'll help - but they won't!

You're not the second, you're about the 18th!

Happy to take the advice and sit it out though. If they try and get me here I'll be back on the forum !
That's the way, we owe thousands more than that and we don't pay, and we are here

No, and also no phone calls - pure ignorance is the way forward here.

Do you have links to the forums where anything overseas is mentioned that might be similar ? (Can you tell I'm a worrier !!)
Would it matter when the source of the info was the same, i.e. me!

However see this ---> What to do, I'm in a credit card mess, please help :-( - allaboutFORUMS

That is one example with "A grand total of £17,845."

They can sell it etc but they won't. Trust me here - forget about it.

They will not send anyone (or more to the point appoint a third party from NZ to chase you, it is not viable)....

Yes, a few (more than 10 less than 23) people here live abroad and 'ignore' their creditors
