Hello.My friend is in IVA at the moment.She's been in it for a year and just finished paying the company fee.She is out of work on ESA and cannot afford to go on with the weekly payments.She considers DRO instead.No priority debt.But she cannot take the stress of letters and bailiffs turning up.Problem is she would want to learn a trade and apply for advanced learner loan.Same conditions as student loan.She would only need to pay it back over 21K income which she won't have.Can she apply for a loan with DRO.Maybe between the transition from IVA to DRO.Thanks
