Two credit card debts, defaulted in 2005, potentially both unenforceable. Both gone through to CCJ, one to a charging order. Charging order has been repaid, the other is an outstanding CCJ from 2008.
Assuming for a minute that they were both proven unenforceable, what could be done ?... -

Egg applied a Default, HSBC applied a Default, Vigin Credit Card applied lates so a pretty screwed Credit Rating.

Full and Final settlement
Not sure if this is the right place but I had an account with Arrow global which I had defaulted on which is fine...but I did a full settlement last year and its still showing that I owe the 74 pound reduction I got when i paid in full surely it should say satisfied and aarow are saying its not up to... -
Egg Loan Transferred to Arrow Global
