Last week I was without heating for at least 5 days, I pay my bills with Swalec and also have boiler and elect cover under the swalec scheme.
The problem actually happened over a month or so ago, the fan was getting stuck in the boiler, and the engineer came out the following day/morning...

NatWest and Moorcroft - default successfully removed
