Hello, Long story short, cleared most debts. One stubborn lender refused all offers or even freezing interest for years, has passed to inhouse DCA who have accepted as I have no job and refuse to pay even £1 a month, a reduced settlement offer from my mother in law

Marlin took over my old Egg loan last month. They appear to have bought it off Arrow, who had previously agreed a repayment plan of £16 pm.
I've been paying this old debt monthly since it defaulted in 2006.

Egg Loan Taken Over by ME III
I have an old Egg lloan, 10 years old now. Defaulted in 2006. Had a Default sat on my CRFs for 6 years which then came off. A company called Arrow Global SARL then owned the loan and I recently got a letter from them saying it had been sold to ME III.
