Bailiffs coming tomorrow

M & S - 2 Default Notices
Hi Guys, Not sure if this is any help to my mother, but she received 2 default notices from M & S, both about 2 months apart, both giving 21 days to rectify the arrears.

Several months ago I sent off a cca request to a bank. It has gone round the departments, and now they claim no one pound fee was paid. I have a filled out copy of the PO concerned and know it was sent.
Should I send another one?

Hi, just a quick question - I have a default that was applied in 2009. It has just passed the 3 year mark.
However, following a [verbal - over the phone] complaint - a refund of interest was applied to the account in October 2011.
