there must be a reason for the marker, did the person living with you do something to get one, are they still linked to you as this could be the problem,
Can I ask was the relative helping towards the mortgage ? as I can see no reason for you to mention it to TSB, they could of just moved in.I'm an official AAD Moderator and also a volunteer, here to help make the forum run smoothly. thank you for the reply- no the relative was not helping towards the mortgage no, it was in solely in my name. Basically i fell out with my partner and i decided to buy a house and live on my own -so i stayed their for about 2 months, but in that time my partner and i resolved our issue and made up, so i said to my relative to stay free of charge and i will still own the house and keep paying the mortgage.. but i never changed my postal address from old to the new address-

have you contacted TSB to ask why the marker was placed.?
It may be a good Idea to DSAR TSB for information.

the reason for the marker could be that You were not on the electoral Roll so did not exist. but it is strange that they gave you a mortgage without proof of address.I'm an official AAD Moderator and also a volunteer, here to help make the forum run smoothly.
