    I wonder why German BR legislation means that it takes seven years to be discharged not one year like the UK. Isn't Germany in the EU so all 'legal stuff' should be compatible? I clearly know nothing about BR but this story intrigues me.

    Anyone who understands cross-border legislation please fill me in

        It really was just another clever ploy for people who can afford the dodges, however although the firm itself was wound up it won't be long before the people in the know are "consulting" to others on such matters, its just business.
