    Numpty UE Diary

    Hi mate
    been a while since I updated you ;Red
    but a bit of guidence is required ;Hmm

    I'm not sure if you remember my situation a quick recap
    The DCA got the account/ref numbers mixed up, and DOB
    (letters sent )

    Loan - Enforceable ;F-
    CC - illegible copy & UE

    Upto the last week, not heard much, the normal weekly phone call that gets ignored
    What makes this different is, its the first time they've mentioned the CC ;EEK
    and now its been passed onto a different desk with different headed note paper ;Hmm

    new letters emailed
    It's taken years of hard work to earn the capital N in Numpty

    Hi matey

    Ok, the two Marlin letters are annual statements - these must be sent as you've made payment so ignore these. As for the BDR letter - look by the address (top right) - Part of marlin Group.

    Basically ignore mate - no action necessary on any of these letters. The credit card is confirmed as UE so great, let them quote that mate - they will lose hands down. It's the loan we're blagging remember! k

      I like the bit in the footer of the BDR letter
      BDR are a trading style of Marlin 1

        Ermmm, yep - I already said that mate - also says it in the top right by their name LOL

                  I've had 2 letters this week, seeing as I haven't been in contact with them
                  they are offering a discount of 40% (no mention of F&F)
                  seems to me that they realise its UE, they wouldn't drop a legit debt
                  40% in a month.

                  I'll just wait for them to offer a 99% discount then I might think about it 2
