Woohoo Mail - 2 weeks without any............Letter from Bryan Carter Solicitors (Internal of Fredrickson Int Ltd). Subject: Capital One
I've e-mailed copy of letter to mooch over Niddy> 2nd e-mail as i forgot to attached
Latest Mini Statement update:
* Previous letter sent to Fredrickson was: 'Commence Litigation'
* Their final reply was: They reffered the matter to their client and will revert back to me when they are reciept of instructions. Account on hold till then.
Should i use that New letter template that you've posted for PoorBarry OR Hold Fire, incase i send wrong letter and i'll await your instructions?

I'll send the DCA Commence Litigation letter across to them? But i'll hang fire, just incase its the wrong one and awaits reply
