Thanks. Will do! Do I wait for them to contact me, or do I just send that when 40 days are up?

Can I check, why are you requesting SAR? For a reclaim or court case...?

          To recap... I wrote this:

"It's actually two accounts that they're collecting together - one is an overdraft, the other is a loan of some sort... I'm really wanting to get them to separate them so that I can ask for the fees/charges back on the overdraft and then start the long process of paying it off... I don't know what they're going to have by way of paperwork for the loan as it's one that was re-arranged from a business loan (not limited company) into a personal one."

          and then you said this...

I would check into this more, SAR them and see what they "really" have about this, then we could knock summat up to get rid of them if they have breached enough laws!
          So I guess that's why!

I'm aware you are away at present, but there's another letter come through for the NatPest credit card (so the SAR request covers this too, but being chased by a different agent. They've given me final notice and threaten court action... blah blah blah...

I'm wondering as I've sent through an SAR request to natwest now, do I send them the usual DCA/Lender threat to commence action letter or something else?

Can't believe it's been this long since I've been on here!

Anyway, had a couple of letters - one from NatWest saying that they are writing in reference to my request for information (DSAR) from early September 2011. They remind me that they said they can't do it without a signature and that they also needed the joint party signature too.

We sent a request for each of us to them, so can't really figure how they don't get that we are happy for the info to be released!

They returned the original letter and cheque to me.

2nd letter is from Newman DCA - Notice of further action - giving me 5 days to respond or they'll do something.

Just wondering what to do next?

To recap - you asked me to do SARs to see what they are up to as one of the accounts used to be a business loan that was made into a personal loan of some description, but I'm not sure about how that happened.

                Thanks, and happy new year!

Ok on this occasion basically sign but make sure it's slightly different.

For instance draw severeral red lines and sign in blue on top of the red lines (impossible to alter)....

You need the info, ICO are useless so just do it.

                  Newmans, ignore for now.

                        Hi,

I'm moving house in a couple of weeks and wondered if I need to change address with all the people I'm in "dispute" with?

The only challenge I have is that I'm not moving far and I know the new tenants of the house I'm moving out of... wouldn't really want someone knocking on the door asking for me - might seem a bit odd to them!

                        Any advice? Thanks!

No, Mail to Email is the service for forum users. Choose2Refuse is the main site where full rates apply and it also has a different name as well

Basically I am trying to get the forum costs right down to as little as nothing so the guys here pay little, full paying customers from the main site will have to help fund this though....

We are still building the new systems, will be a few more weeks away yet before anything is finalised....

                                Well worth the wait

In the meantime I would set up Royal Mail redirect for 3 or 6 months then you'll know what your creditors and their evil DCAs are plotting and planning against you so you can decide whether you owe them a response or choose to refuse
