    Hello people,

    haven't been on the forum for a while as I've been away working and had a long bout of flu so I have a lot of reading to catch up on.

    Most things gone quiet with my cards until this morning when I had two letters from HL legal regarding two MBNA accounts that were sold to Varde Ireland threatening that I have 7 days to pay full amount or they will take further action which MAY include county court action, etc.

    As this is a new solicitor, should I now send them a CCA request or maybe ask them under CPUTR if they hold the original agreement. These questions have been asked of MBNA and their reps before without a satisfactory answer.
    Has anyone had any dealings with HL and what are they like to deal with?

            Sorry for delay - I2D has answered this - thanks.....

            Keep us updated with any development.....
