Hi all my Dad passed away three years ago and my sister and i have yet to complete the land registry form to get my Dads house transferred into our names. However we are totally confused by all the legal speak as it where and really need help to get the form completed and also worried how much this will cost as we are both in low paying jobs. Any help as always greatly appreciated
