That's interesting.
I note the Land Registry spokesman admits that consents and certificates are successfully challenged but the risk is quite small. "Occasionally people lose valuable interests they have protected . . "
As far as I'm concerned if one person loses a valuable interest due to an inadequate form, then that's one person too many.
