  • A little help with a claim form from Lowells please

    Hi Everyone

I have a claim form from Lowells (Shop Direct) which I really need to respond to in the next few days.
I have no experience with these things and would greatly appreciate a little advice please.

A brief history of the account:

    Original Creditor: SHOP DIRECT
    Type of Account: SHOPPING CREDIT
    Account Open Date: MARCH 2009
Debt amount: 2k+ (includes 400 Charges)

I requested copy of CCA which was provided and Niddy's opinion is that it is enforceable.

If the CCA is indeed enforceable, presumably I would have to make an offer to pay.
If this is the case, I accept but can only afford a minimal monthly payment as our financial position at the moment is not good.
Can I question the 400+ of unspecified charges at this point?

Any advice to at least buy some more time or to initiate a small monthly payment going forward would be appreciated.
    Its quite stressful

    Thanks in advance
