    I would think there's still a chance to deal on this, and if it's settled before a month expires would that mean the CCJ wasn't registered, Niddy?

    £25 a month starting next month, yes I'm a homeowner and I got the judgement for claimant without going to court (before the court date) on Saturday just gone.
