    Has anyone here respectfully directed these lovely DCA people to the 'reply' in Arkell v. Pressdram (1971)?

    Can you quote the relevant "referral" element you refer to please? I have the judgment but what, specifically do you mean?

    I don't suppose you refer to the "fuck off" element do you?

        For the benefit of others; here is an abbreviated version - basically private eye wrote a story about Arkell and he said damages would be assessed based on private eyes response; which turned out to be simply "fuck off"!

          Somehow I doubt we'd get away with the same in a defamation case nowadays - sadly!! Although funny thing is, it'd probably make them sit up and listen.... I may play about and create a template to harassing DCA's quoting this case
