Anyone heard of QQ Collections.....OH has received a call from them a few days ago. Message left on his works ansafone.!! Not heard of this one, can anyone shed any light on them.

Are you sure it isn't a PDL, i.e. Quick Quid (Collections)...?

Was the number 08082344561?

Thing is, QQ Collections usually refers to Quick Quid collections regards to QQ payday loans. Does hubby have one of these that he's fell into arrears with?

No....he doesn't have a loan with this company and we never have.

Any idea's what they want? Do they actually chase debts for other companies? Perhaps they want to lend us some..Not a chance in hell of us going down that road again.

Haha - its actually quick quid collections so maybe they aint after your hubby but someone else that may have used that line at work? I really don't know but this is relative to quick quid who are NOT a DCA!

Weird eh? Just ignore then... if they call again we'll look at taking action, but for now it's not really worth it.

That means you have a PDL with them, or at least they "think" you do..... (do you? Are you 1,000% sure you don't?)

OH has his own line at work, so no one else has used that in over 20 years.!! so don't even know how they got his number. Absolutely 110% certain that we don't or hubby doesn't have a loan with them. We have never used any of those kind of lenders. Will wait and see what happens next.

Hubby has been away from work for the last week, we've been on holiday......Hope we havn't had someone apply for a loan in OH name.!! May take up Experian's 1 month free trial......what do you think.?

Nah, see what they say if they ever call back - could be wrong number or anything...... see what they do. pointless chasing something you're unsure of.

Just spoke to OH again, apprently the call came through the switchboard for him, but because he was busy it went onto his ansafone, so they must have asked for him by name and were then put through.!! Its certainly puzzling, and I trust OH completely, we've been married for almost 41 years so I know he hasn't taken any loans out.
