ESA50 Form Guidance

Anyone about to fill out the damm ESA50 Form do not do it with out help or some form of Guidance because it will catch you out.

I have been sent this Guidance form from a charity and thought I'd share it here it is long and covers every page of the ESA50 along with tips and additional useful info.

This is the latest Guidance to go with the latest version 3/11 of ESA50 form which I have also included.
